First Principle: Quality

In order to establish a total trust relationship with its customers, ALTALIZ compels itself to best respond to customers’ needs and requirements while constantly improving its skills and experience.

Second Principle: Respect for laws

ALTALIZ’s agents respect the law in place in the countries where they are working.

Third Principle: Independence

ALTALIZ is not under any external, political, religious or other influence.

Fourth Principle: Integrity

Our agents will not alter the group’s image and reputation nor the customer’s.  This code of conduct doesn’t allow for corruption and demands to act with honesty and a will for transparency.

Fifth Principle: Advice

We have a duty to advise, as within our activities thinking is bound to acting, this compels us to listen carefully to our clients’ needs.  The quality of our advice is based upon the independent judgment our agents can have through integrity, impartiality and objectivity.

Sixth Principle: Professionalism

ALTALIZ guarantees its agents’ professionalism by recruiting only the highest skilled agents.  Our agents must have the essential knowledge in their expertise and intervening domains, whilst constantly updating and improving their skills.

Seventh Principle: Confidentiality

ALTALIZ’s agents agree to respect professional confidentiality regarding all the information given to them by our clients or found within their missions.  Any failure in doing so will result in serious professional fault.

Eighth Principle: Respecting People

ALTALIZ will not admit any breach in people’s dignity or equality due to their ethnic origins, their nationality, their sex, their age, their sexual orientation or their religion.  We pride ourselves in thriving from all our agents’ cultural and intellectual diversity.

Ninth Principle: Chance Equality

We only recruit and reward our agents upon their professional qualities.

Tenth Principle: Conflict of Interest

An employee is considered to have a potential conflict of interest s if his personal interests or those of natural persons or legal persons around him conflict with ALTALIZ’s values.  In such a case, the employee must immediately inform his managers through loyalty and transparency, and await the managers’ decision in respect of the law whilst guaranteeing ALTALIZ’s and the clients’ interests.

ALTALIZ agrees to respect the above Code of Ethics and to compel each agent to respect it too.  All our agents have read, understood and signed individually our Code of Ethics.
